Southern Pines Brewing Company’s motto is “Rooted in the Community,” and it takes great pride in supporting the charitable organizations that make our community a better place to live and work. If you have a donation request, please fill out this form based on the following guidelines:

  • We require a 30-day advance notice for all donations.
  • All donation requests must be submitted online. We do not accept paper or in-person donation requests.
  • We donate only to registered 501(c) organizations, and you will be required to submit a copy of your registration document prior to consideration.
  • For donations of beer, you must have a temporary permit (i.e. liquor license) in the name of your non-profit to serve any alcohol for fundraising purposes at your event. No beer will be given without receiving a copy of the permit.
  • All donations must be picked up at Southern Pines Brewing Company during normal hours of operation. Donation pick up dates and times must be prearranged.
  • Written acknowledgment of the donation for our tax records is required at the time of exchange.
  • Southern Pines Brewing will assume no liability for the event.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for. . .

  • Groups that are not a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) nonprofit organizations.
  • Events co-sponsored, hosted, or associated with an establishment that has an existing liquor license.
  • Networking events, mixers, or conferences (with the exception of a few local associations or groups that Southern Pines Brewing is currently an existing member).
  • Events hosted by a retail company to bring attention to the organization itself, its products or its services (i.e. grand openings).
