Bourbon Barrel-Aged German Chocolate Cake Stout
This decadent dessert stout was aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels that imparted wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and just the right amount of bourbon flavor. Generous amounts of toasted coconut, cacao, and pecans were infused into the beer, creating an aroma and flavor of chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, and guilt.

Bourbon Barrel-Aged Drunken Vigils
Drunken Vigils awakens the palate with a hint of porridge from oats and traditional floor malted grains. Caramel and roasted malts with Ecuadorian Cacao create rich notes of nougat and bitter dark chocolate. Locally roasted java from Cactus Creek Coffee completes an array of breakfast nostalgia. This Imperial version of Pineapple Thief Fruited New England IPA was fermented with pineapple purée before being aged in Jamaican rum barrels. The beer was then brought out of barrels and dry hopped with Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic before being conditioned on coconut chips.

Tequila Barrel Aged Tropical Prickly Gose

The event honors the memories of the 30 Americans and 1 military working dog killed on August 6th, 2011, when the chinook helicopter they were flying in, extortion 17 was shot down. 100% of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to the association in their honor.
